FV Employment & Disability Law is retained by several people who were employed by Sears in its home services division in B.C. and who were terminated by Sears on or about March 2, 2013 with the spin off of that division.

We allege that all such individuals were wrongfully dismissed, and deceived.  All of which should lead to legal remedies, including monetary damages.
